1. Intermediary Disclaimer
ProWala is an intermediary platform under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We connect Customers with independent Professionals. ProWala does NOT provide any professional or consulting services itself.
All services are provided by independent Professionals who are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and delivery of their work.
2. No Guarantee
ProWala does not guarantee:
- The quality, accuracy, or reliability of any Professional's services.
- That a Customer will hire or engage any Professional.
- That a purchased lead will result in a paid engagement.
- The accuracy of any Professional's profile, qualifications, or reviews.
- The availability or responsiveness of any Customer or Professional.
- That the person attending an on-site visit matches a Professional's profile or arrival photo.
3. Verification Disclaimer
While ProWala conducts basic verification (Aadhaar identity documents, admin review of profile photos, and background checks), this does NOT constitute:
- An endorsement of any Professional's skills or qualifications.
- A guarantee of any Professional's trustworthiness or reliability.
- A certification of professional competence.
- Real-time or biometric identity confirmation at an in-person visit.
ProWala's Share arrival photo feature lets users compare a live in-chat image with a profile photo. ProWala does not run automated face matching on arrival photos and does not guarantee that the person at the door matches the profile.
Customers should conduct their own due diligence before engaging any Professional or allowing on-site access.
4. Payment Disclaimer
All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. ProWala does not store, process, or have access to your card, UPI, or bank details used for payment.
5. Professional Advice Disclaimer
Any advice, recommendations, or services provided by Professionals on ProWala are their own professional opinions. ProWala is not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on such advice.
For legal, medical, financial, or tax advice, please consult a licensed professional independently.
6. Lead Purchase Disclaimer
Purchasing a lead on ProWala constitutes an introduction to a potential customer. It is not:
- A guarantee of a job or project.
- That the Customer will respond.
- A guarantee of payment from the Customer.
- A contract between the Professional and the Customer.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProWala's aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user to ProWala in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event shall ProWala be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ProWala is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
